[JENKINS-785] Define widget extension point #13822
Description
Define an extension point so that plugins can add more tables to the left column
(like executors, build histories, and queues.)
Such a table can be used to add interesting data, like "recently failed builds".

Fixed in 1.146. See the newly added Widget class.
