[JENKINS-849] OK button disabled on "back" after validation error. #13833
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Select "new job"
- Leave "Job name" blank
- Select any build option
- Click "OK"
- (validation error page)
- Click browser "Back" button or hit backspace key.
The OK button is disabled until changing the build option.
