[JENKINS-922] Build Now URL in Workspace View #13841
Description
After creating a new project with an empty workspace, the Build Now links (one
on the left hand navigation panel) and one in the Workspace summary main content
panel contain the wrong URL. Eg. http://localhost:XXXX/build instead of
http://localhost:XXXX/job/XXXXX/build
