[JENKINS-944] 1.148 build buttons do not work

If I hit the build button on the front page or the the build now on the project
page, I just get blank page and the project does not start a build.

  I tried both maven 2 and freestyle projects.

  Yes, it is enabled in hudson and the user/password are defined in tomcat's

  Confirmed. Fixed in 1.149. I'm sorry that I let this one out. I plan to release
