[JENKINS-3621] Unable do download hudson-cli from link #14277
Description
If link http://server:8888/cli/ is used to access client area, the link not
work,
http://server:8888/cli/jnlpJars/hudson-cli.jar
If used http://server:8888/cli works fine.
