[JENKINS-9963] JDK auto install issue #15889

JDK Ａｕｔｏｉｎｓｔａｌｌ is $JENKINS_URL　not apply settings


Jenkins=>jenkinsの管理=> system setting

JDK auto install

reference error

 wget $JENKINS_URL/store/jdk6u26.zip
 unzip jdk6u26.zip

ユーザーanonymousが実行
CentOS64 でビルドします。
[sh_jdk] $ sh -e /root/tools/sh_jdk/hudson5014947602875154914.sh
/store/jdk6u26.zip
: サポートされていないスキーム.
FATAL: コマンドの実行に失敗しました
