  Workaround seems to be to type a single character into the text field (and then undo), and everything appears again.

  Thanks for reporting the issue and thanks to danielbeck for the workaround.  I see the same problem on my Windows computer with Chrome 137.0.7151.104.  The problem seems to have been introduced in pull request 10565 as part of JENKINS-68934 Replace 'Loading' overlay with skeleton outline on Manage Jenkins pages
