[JENKINS-34065] Pinned label in plugin list #16996
Description
Run 2.0-beta-2. From /systemInfo you will see a Pinned column, which is now meaningless—always false. Should be deleted.

Apparently plugins can still be pinned and unpinned, it's just that there currently are no bundled ones. The bundling feature still exists, however. So I'm not quite convinced this should be removed. The UI could be smarter about showing it, e.g. only show it if there are pinnable plugins.
