[JENKINS-71014] CSP compatibility for Jenkins core #18572
Description
This epic is a spinoff from JENKINS-60865 and is expected to replace JENKINS-60866 for the CSP incompatibilities in core.
It will be filled with tickets created from JENKINS-71013.
Normally, this epic is expected to be exhaustive as normally new non-compliant code is refused with the UI related PR review.
