[JENKINS-3850] maven installed by tool installer does not set executable flag on unix #18852
Description
If Maven 2.x.x is installed by the tool installer the file bin/mvn is not
executable on unix (I assume all unixes but tested on ubuntu). This leads to
problems with the sonar plugin since it calls mvn directly! A manual
intervention (chmod a+x mvn) is needed to make it work.

Do you have the problem only with sonar plugin ? Do you use this maven
installation to build your project ?

It occured while executing sonar but it's of general nature. I tried to select
the subcomponents core & sonar but it seems it only took sonar.
