Problem
A SEVERE message is logged when Jenkins VM is being restarted. I think it should jus be an info as it's reacting already on an admin question (SEVERE would make much more sense for instance for an unexpected restart).
Expected behavior
I think that, as the restart is being initiated by an admin, it should simply be logged as INFO.
