[JENKINS-43780] Remove Trilead class references in Jenkins Core #22040

Closed

Description

@jenkins-infra-bot
  1. Replace Trilead Base64 references with java.util.Base64 references (various classes)
  2. Replace Trilead MD5 reference with MessageDigest.getInstance("MD5") (ConsistentHash.java)

SFTPClient can't be changed for now since it extends a Trilead class, it will need moved into the Trilead API plugin at the point the Trilead JAR is removed from core.
