[JENKINS-25695] Make it easy to distinguish master-side ping failure and slave-side ping failure #23617
Description
ChannelPinger should report a different error message between the master and the slave, so that launchers that put both outputs in the same file, such as SSH slaves plugin, won't confuse users.
