[JENKINS-706] Missing file treeview-min.js #23972
Description
File /hudson/scripts/yui/treeview-min.js is missing. It makes the "Node" box
under "Configuration matrix" section on the project configuration page display
empty area.After the file is installed manually the node selection tree works
properly.

I forgot to commit these files. Fixed in 1.125.
