Currently we use on deadlock.netbeans.org $BUILD_ID to determine timestamp of
build. Precisely BUILDNUMBER=`echo $BUILD_ID | tr d _`. It would be nice if it
is available also form outside, e.g.
http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/lastSuccessfulBuild/buildTimestamp
P.S. Maybe Hudson could have a feature to choose format of build number. Now it
is a number. It could be a YYYYMMDDhhmmss timestamp.
