Skipped tests should not be considered to have passed, they haven't even been
run.
The JUnit XML parser should be extended to detect the "" element
that is output by TestNG and the test results page should display "Skipped" as
an alternative status to "Passed" and "Failed".
If possible, the blue/red passed/failed bar at the top of the report should
include a yellow part for any skipped tests.
Originally reported by dwdyer, imported from: Hudson marks TestNG "skipped" tests as passed.
