This PR enable to redefine default slaveConnectTimeout for podTemplate declared in pipeline, eg.

podTemplate(
    label: 'mypod', 
    containers: [
        containerTemplate(name: 'busybox', image: 'busybox', ttyEnabled: true, command: '/bin/cat'),
    ],
    slaveConnectTimeout: 200
) {
    node ('mypod') {
        stage('Run') {
            container('busybox') {
                sh 'echo "pwd is -$(pwd)-"'
            }
        }
    }
}
