[JENKINS-984] Add port number to smtp options #425
Description
Out mail provider uses a nonstandard smtp port. Need an option to specify a
non-standard port.

I believe this can be configured by providing the appropriate JavaMail system
property to the container on start-up, but it's not a very user friendly
solution.
As well as being able to specify a port, it would be very useful to be able to
specify a username and password for SMTP servers that require authentication.

Note that the SMTP auth is already supported in the "advanced" part of the menu
item.

Since the bug is easy to fix, marking it as "introductory" to solicit
contributions from potential contributors.
