[JENKINS-735] JNLP does not work with JRE later than 1.5 #857
Description
tried this out this morning on java 6 and it gets an exception saying that the
jnlp REQUIRES java 5. I think it should work just fine on 6 and is only a matter
of setting the jnlp arguments right.

This issue was independently discovered and fixed toward 1.129.
