Didn't quite make it into 1.180, so reopening.
RFE is filed to svnkit for letting us get to SVNExternalInfo. See
http://svnkit.com/tracker/view.php?id=218
This change is made locally in the mean time.

I just tested 1.318 with maven 2.2.0 and the new " Incremental build" feature.
It doesn't work because my modules are in svn externals and hudson doesn't give the list of modules
changed which are in these externals.

Still there in 1.440. Same issue: my modules are in svn externals and it seems change are detected but do not result in building modules.

Original issue is fixed. I have opened a separate issue (JENKINS-12127">JENKINS-12127) to track bug reported by Arnaud (incremental build and svn:externals).
