Not sure if "pixel-by-pixel" is the phrase I want but I can't think of anything better.

This adds options to export PNGs of the full canvas or a selection where the resulting image is constructed of one pixel per visually represented virtual pixel at the current brush/pixel size. This means the resulting image may look slightly different from the displayed image if the brush size changed during the image's creation.

I generated and committed the files in build/ for each commit to keep them in sync, since they were already checked in.

Fixes #65.
