* soft-fp/double.h [_FP_W_TYPE_SIZE >= 64] (FP_UNPACK_SEMIRAW_D,

FP_UNPACK_SEMIRAW_DP): Use _FP_UNPACK_RAW_1 instead of 
_FP_UNPACK_RAW_2, fix up first argument.
