Bugfix release

This release fixes a bug where the license wasn't correctly displayed in the About dialog. It also adds information about the Java version that is running. The directory and filenames now handle accented characters more gracefully, transliterating them into ascii characters rather than replacing them with underscores. The list of conversion jobs now alternates between white and gray for a nicer display.
