Increase max allowed columns
PostgreSQL supports up to 1600 columns.

Increasing this will increase the stack size per call by about 10KB. Considering sequel_pg has been out three years and this is the first request I've had to change this, it doesn't appear to be a commonly needed option, so I don't think I should force a penalty on all users. However, changes should be made so that you can override the max number of columns without changing the source. I'll work on that shortly. This will enable you to be able to define a limit at gem install time via gem install sequel_pg -- --with-cflags=\"-DSPG_MAX_FIELDS=1600\".

Allow overriding maximum allowed columns in a result set via -- --wit…
…h-cflags=\"-DSPG_MAX_FIELDS=1600\" (Fixes #12)

Previously, you couldn't override this limit without modifying
the source code.
