Does not work on r-hub Windows #22

We get Access is denied errors for running any executable on r-hub's Windows server. Everything seems fine on any other server though.

I'm guessing R-hub runs R in a "job" which without JOB_OBJECT_LIMIT_SILENT_BREAKAWAY_OK permissions.

You can call QueryInformationJobObject with NULL, which will be the Job object of the current process.
