I tried both the Hosted and gh-pages strategies, and in both cases the sidebar links actually take me to documentup.com - they aren't relative to the current page. Try clicking any of the sidebar links (besides Source on Github or Issues) here:

That was due to unforeseen consequences of the <base> HTML element. I fixed it and took the liberty of recompiling your site.
