Project Overview

MyDIY is a collaborative project planning and blogging app for Do-It-Yourselfers, House-Flippers, and Property Managers. Each User can work on multiple projects and collaborate in different ways with other userson each individual project. Users can create project goals, updates, resources, and post images as the goals are completed.

Getting Started

Fork and clone the repository:

$ git clone https://github.com/jessesbyers/MyDIY

Navigate to the root directory:

Launch the rails server and navigate to localhost:3000 in the browser:

$ rails s

Usage

Create an account, and follow the links to create your first project, and add and edit goals and collaborators. Keep track of your progress by adding and viewing images, resources, and updates about your goals and projects. After you mark a goal complete, check out the "Completed Goals" gallery to celebrate your success!
