  1. Allow forcing posix style flags on Windows

    On PR #39 support for Windows style (/) flags were added, that prevents
    positional arguments to start with a slash on Windows.
    
    This enables the use case where someone might have relative paths or
    URLs as positional arguments by simply using `go build -tags
    "forceposix"` when compiling for Windows. It will however remove support
    for the Windows style flag parsing.
