Describe the bug:
I created Certificate with Vault Issuer and found that certificate status with Status: Waiting for CertificateRequest "XXX" to complete.
Expected behaviour:
Certiciate should be automatically issued by Hashi Vault.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Anything else we need to know?:
Tried to run "vault write pki-int/issue/vaultcert-devopscockroachdb-signer common_name=XXXX". Everything works fine. I can obtain ca_chain, certificate, expiration, issuing_ca, private_key, private_key_type, and serial_number.
