Use setupClass() to create the database file, and each setUp() to create the database tables and tearDown() to drop the database tables.

This should save on hard disk usage a bit.

Used setUpModule in 05081ce, but it doesn't appear to run any more quickly. I think it may be more of a disk locality thing.
