Flask >= 0.10 supports Python 3.3; these changes get Flask-Restless up and running on 3.3 as well. Tests pass on Pythons 2.6, 2.7, and 3.3.

Confirmed that tests pass on Python 3.3.2 on Mac OS X 10.8.4.

I also tested the functionality itself, and I was able to perform all the usual GET and POST operations using Flask-Restless on Python 3.3.2. Well done, Jacob!

@jfinkels: Any possibility of merging this PR and releasing a new version of Flask-Restless? Would be great to have a released version that supports Python 3.3.

I think it's about time to require a higher version of Flask (0.10). I have merged this: 24eb314
