  12. Fixed specs for sprintf %x with a negative value.

    MRI Ruby 1.8's behavior of sprintf("%0x", -123) returning "f85" instead of
    "..f85" should be not be considered a bug, because it's already 1) specified
    in core/string/modulo_spec.rb, 2) implemented in JRuby and Rubinius, and 3)
    implemented in Ruby-1.9.2-p0.

  13. Fixed sprintf specs for %u case on non-MRI 1.8 implementations.

    Removed incorrect expectation that non-MRI 1.8 Rubies have sprintf("%u", -123)
    == "-123", which is contradicted by the 1.8 sprintf("%u", -123) assertions
    later in the spec. The deleted code is duplicated in the 1.9 "passes some
    tests for negative %u" section anyway.

  3. Fixed version in ruby_bug guard.

    Also changed guard to :wordsize => 64. This is preferable unless
    the guard is intended to include sizes < 32, which I don't think
    is reasonable.
