The call to Reader.read in zzRefill might return 0
under some circumstances (esp J2ME). This leads to
violation of the zzRefill invariant and subsequent
wrong behaviour.

(reported and fix suggested by Amin Ahmad).

This is fixed in the CVS version of JFlex.
