Document added mod_proxy_html setting in README
Add a mod_proxy_html configuration directive to insert a DOCTYPE string.
Display a delete link next to uploads in the file list
This was a usability issue pointed out by a non-technical user. There seemed to be no obvious way to create new pages. This was the suggested solution and the easiest to implement.
- This makes it so that searches can be linked and refreshed
TODO: Better handling of images and other resources in Docx, ODT, PDF exports.
Changes to templates require a restart
Updates readme: Changes to templates require a restart
Specify correct format header for initial pages
Fixes padding on some buttons, e.g. Preview
Also simplified some Util code by using Text.Pandoc.UTF8 functions.
Input type `button` had different padding than other buttons (`submit`, `reset`, ...) which looked odd when they are next to each other, e.g. when editing a page.
Allow latest pandoc, HStringTemplate, blaze-html.
Fix fixURLs to employ the same logic as in the Wiki
When including an image in a wiki page, the server will look for it in the static dir first, in the default static dir second and lastly in the repository dir on a browser request. When exporting pages e.g. to PDF though, the image's URL was always mapped into the static dir, making it impossible to export pages with images stored in the repository itself.
This changed due to changes in pandoc. Closes #345. Thanks to tstgruby.
