So, I got Gitit up and running. I'm using Ubuntu-based distro so the process of installing it was as simple as

sudo apt-get install gitit

But, I'm not sure where my data is actually stored. I'm looking for that folder so that I could sync it automatically with my cloud service just in case something bad happens with my computer.

Sorry for posting this as an issue here, but I couldn't find any other support forum or something similar.

The forum is gitit-discuss on Google Groups. Please ask there. I can tell you how stock gitit behaves (indeed, the gitit README tells you this), but the packaged Ubuntu/Debian version may be differently customized.
