blockquote extra newline

Pandoc inserts a newline inside a blockquote, after the quotation. I don’t want that.

The .sty we’re recommended to use at our department at school prepends and appends "-marks and that makes
> This type of quote style is totes dorky and I don’t like it.

look like:

"This type of quote style is totes dorky and I don’t like it.
"

instead of the intended (I guess):

"This type of quote style is totes dorky and I don’t like it."

As a temporary workaround, I have removed the "-marks from the .sty-file.

This was with 1.5.1.1, and this issue made me install pandoc 1.9.2, which has the same behaviour.
