MIME types for .woff and .eot file types #640

When I try to use --self-contained to convert to HTML, Pandoc complains about not knowing .eot and .woff mime types. Considering that they are pretty popular font formats nowadays, I think they should be included in Pandoc's list of MIMEs.

I just did a little research on the MIME types, and found that at the moment Chrome recognizes application/x-font-woff MIME for woff and application/vnd.ms-fontobject for eot.
