Stuck at 'authorize' (google) #2337

Hi, If you clear cache and temporarily disable all browser extensions, does it help? Regards, |
Thank you for the suggestions. I was able to connect safari by unblocking popups, but still can't get firefox to work, despite creating an exception for extensions and unblocking popup. Unfortunately the document I created was on firefox. I figured out a workaround by installing the draw.io app and downloading to my computer. But would still like to know if firefox could be made to work. |
For me the issue disappeared when I disabled the "Privacy Badger" extensions in firefox. I had to disable the extensions for it to work :/ |
There are a number of client side reasons that can cause auth failure. The default setup of all browsers should work. If you do not have a default setup we need to know exactly where it varies from a vanilla install. |
Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue.

I recognize there must be ‘a number of client side reasons that can cause auth failure’. I’m trying to isolate and address the one or ones that are at play in my situation. Again, I am using the most recent version of firefox, and have tried disabling ad blockers, the firefox shield, and now privacy badger, to no avail. I am using the default setup. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

Hello, I've authorized draw.io in my google account, but remain unable to get past the 'authorize' button in the first drawing I created on line. Nothing happens when I click it. I am using os 11.6 and firefox 92.0.1, and have also tried safari. Appreciate any guidance.
