RSPEC/GUARD/SPORK TESTING
1.  If you are using Linux, you MUST make yourself a PostgreSQL superuser (if you have not already done so).  The commands for doing this are as follows:
sudo su postgres -c psql
CREATE ROLE [local username] SUPERUSER LOGIN;
\q
2.  Download this repository from GitHub into your development environment, and then cd your way into this program's root directory.
3.  Enter the command "bundle install".
4.  Enter the command "ruby config/update.rb".
5.  Enter the command "ruby short.rb".
6.  Enter the command "guard".

DEPLOYMENT
1.  From the root directory, enter the command "ruby config/deploy.rb"
