It would be very helpful to have product bundling with jigoshop so that I could bundle a set of given items.

I have a set of chocolates (ten in total) boxed together costing 4.99
Based on that I can choose any 10 chocolates and add them to the box

This gives me a "box of chocolates" forrest gump style that I can offer to my customers : )

There's one major catch with grouped products though

"Grouped products have no prices; only their children products do."

So if I have ten chocolates whose individual prices 0.69 amount to 6.99, but I want to offer them at 4.99 then that doesn't work. I guess I could do this by offering a discount based on quantity, but this is also open as a feature request:

Great product though all in all. Very impressed with the initial 1.0 feature set : )

@jph98 is right, I guess an interim solution would be as a store owner to set aside some stock for this offer & set it up as a simple product.

If only grouped products had a price. :(

I'm sure this would be useful in many industries; digital downloads, PC components, tools, chocolates (yum), heck, pretty much anything you'd like to sell with a quantity discount!

Firm +1 for this issue!

I had a client who wanted kinda the same thing. He wanted to make it so that the user had to select exactly X number of items for a grouped product (so in @jph98's case he would just force the user to add 10 products at .69/ea). Was very easy to implement.
