--where (-W) option does not work for tasks without description #126

~ $ cat Rakefile.rb 
desc 'foo'
task(:foo) { puts 'foo' }
~ $ rake --where foo
rake foo                            /home/vderyagin/Rakefile.rb:2:in `<top (required)>'
~ $ sed -i 's/desc/# desc/' Rakefile.rb 
~ $ cat Rakefile.rb 
# desc 'foo'
task(:foo) { puts 'foo' }
~ $ rake --where foo
~ $ 

Ruby and rake versions:

~ $ ruby --version
ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [x86_64-linux]
~ $ rake --version
rake, version 0.9.2.2
