Yes! We welcome bespoke ideas as long as they align with our project’s goals. If you have an idea, we strongly recommend reaching out early so that we can review a draft of your proposal before you submit your final application. This ensures that your idea is feasible and aligns with our needs.

The quality of the proposal. If you have done any relevant work please link it, the more we know about how you work the better. If your proposal looks AI generated we won't even finish reading it. Contributing to Jitsi projects is not a requirement and need not have an impact on the project selection.
