.htaccess file is hardly readable with solarized dark theme

I think that the colors chosen to represent the keywords in the Apache configuration file (.htaccess) are hardly readable, because the keywords are represented in dark blue, a color that IMHO is too much similar to the background color.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Create an .htaccess file on PHPStorm, PyCharm or Intellij Idea
2. Write something like "RewriteEngine On", "RewriteBase", "RewriteRule", "php_value", ...
