http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/List-Compare suggests the use of warnings.
Replaced usage of $^W by use/no warnings.

I have never felt it was desirable to write my CPAN distributions with an eye toward their Kwalitee scores. I have never consulted a distribution's Kwalitee score before deciding to use it. And if someone tried to install List-Compare on, say, Perl 5.4 and did not succeed, I would ask him, "Why are you using a version of Perl that is at least 17 years old and no longer supported?"
