I offer the following batch file. This has improved compatibility with xdelta
1.1.3

Syntax:
xdelta3 delta OLD_FILE NEW_FILE [DELTA_OUT_FILE]
xdelta3 patch DELTA_FILE OLD_FILE [DECODED_FILE]

I did this because the above batch file does not simulate xdelta 1.1.3 syntax
completely, the patch syntax is different.
In my copy of xdelta 1.1.3 it is:
xdelta: usage: xdelta COMMAND [OPTIONS] [ARG1 ...]
xdelta: COMMAND is one of:
xdelta: delta Produce a delta from ARG1 to ARG2 producing ARG3
xdelta: info List details about delta ARG1
xdelta: patch Apply patch ARG1 using file ARG2 producing ARG3

Note the patch file is listed first when patching, then the old file, then the
new file.

Additionally when patching, xdelta 1.1.3 can take only the patch file, but with
xdelta3, that is not possible, the old file must be also specified.

(fixed typo)
