Support for datetime.timedelta #128

I think XLSXWriter and the write_datetime() function should support timedeltas?

I was trying to do the following:
interval_format = workbook.add_format({'num_format': 'hh:mm:ss.000'})
worksheet.write_datetime(row, column, timedelta, interval_format)

But raises an exception because it only supports datetime.datetime, datetime.date, and datetime.time.

Yes, timedeltas could be supported.

I'll look into adding it for the next release.

I've added support for datetime.timedelta to XlsxWriter.

If you get a chance you can test it and let me know if you encounter any issues.
