"order_buy_crypto_limit_by_price" and "order_buy_crypto_limit"

Both functions randomly work, just for testing ill let them loop every 20 seconds for 20 mins or so. Only about 10-15% of orders will ever make it to my account, ive tried having less that 6 digits to the right of the decimal for both but cant seem to figure out why some work and other dont. Any thoughts? Occasionally it works fine for 5 or so orders. Then just nothing.
