This makes `cargo package` include the file when creating the crate. Tested with: ``` tracing/tracing_facade on link-licenses ❯ cargo package --allow-dirty --no-verify Packaging tracing_facade v0.1.0 (/home/michel/src/github/jmgao/tracing/tracing_facade) tracing/tracing_facade on link-licenses ❯ cd .. tracing on link-licenses ❯ tar tf target/package/tracing_facade-0.1.0.crate tracing_facade-0.1.0/Cargo.toml tracing_facade-0.1.0/Cargo.toml.orig tracing_facade-0.1.0/LICENSE tracing_facade-0.1.0/README.md tracing_facade-0.1.0/src/lib.rs ``` Signed-off-by: Michel Alexandre Salim <salimma@fedoraproject.org>
