    The timezone-less API migration goes into full effect July 5th. Until then, the migration can be manually enabled for the corresponding FB app.

    Facebook's FQL API seems to return event start/end timestamps as integers localized to their own timezone (PDT). The Graph API may return event times local to their venue, but without any timezone data (which makes any display customization difficult).
    
    We can convert the PDT timestamps to GMT by adding their offset (thanks to DateTime). For now, this calculation references the server's timezone, but it should ulimately be configurable as a widget parameter.
