The PinePhone is an smart phone that supports the major Linux for mobile distributions. Pine64 - PinePhone
Pine64 has put an awesome kit that includes the flex board and screws to secure it onto the PinePhone, you can get in this link PinePhone Breakout Flex Board
The PinePhone exposes power, an interrupt pin and an I2C port on the back of it. This Flex board was designed to be able to expose these pins outside of the PinePhone with even the back cover on.
As fas as I know there is no CAD files available so I had to measure directly on the PinePhone to create this prototype, and then use the method of printing the PCB in 1:1 scale for measures.
The way the PinePhone exposes power, interrupt and I2C port is via a set of 6 pogo pins that stick out on the back of the PinePhone.
The schematic from Pine64 is not very clear and does not states which I2C pin is which so this is still to be confirmed. Once I know which is DATA and which is CLK I will update the design.

The protoype is meant to be mounted with screws using the ones already available in the PinePhone but longer screws will be needed to make a better attachment.
Updated board file (breakout_board_flex_v2.dip) and gerbers (breakout_board_flex_gerber_v2.zip) will be added onto the project.
This is only 1 part of the prototype, the other part of the system is sensors boards that will attach to this breakout board and communicate using the I2C protocol.
The design was created using DipTrace
You can get the flex board from OSH Park using this direct link to order the project.
Remember to order it as a Flex Board!.
